Details of the Job/Internship

JSA is hiring a Senior Associate with 5–7 years of post-qualification experience to join their Real Estate practice at the Bengaluru office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal representation, advice, and services to clients.
• Conduct legal research and participate in case discussions.
• Draft and review real estate documentation, including corporate leasing and joint development agreements.
• Assist in case preparation and court proceedings.

Eligibility

• 5–7 years of post-qualification experience with Tier 1/2 law firm(s).
• Focused experience in Real Estate law and documentation.
• Proficiency in reading and speaking Kannada is essential.
