JSA is hiring a Senior Associate in Mumbai with experience in both advisory and transactional matters. The role requires advising domestic as well as foreign entities on complex legal and business issues.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advisory services to domestic and foreign clients.
- Handle transactional matters, including M&A and corporate advisory.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Support client interactions and provide strategic legal guidance.
Eligibility
- 5–6 years of post-qualification experience.
- Proficiency in advisory and transactional legal matters.
- Experience advising both domestic and foreign entities.
