Kaizen Law is hiring a Senior Associate with strong experience in corporate law, M&A, and private equity/venture capital matters to join their Gurugram office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage and execute matters related to mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital transactions.
• Draft and review key legal documents and agreements.
• Conduct legal due diligence and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide strategic legal advice on corporate and commercial issues.
• Build and manage client relationships.
• Stay updated on industry and regulatory developments to support client objectives.

Eligibility

• LLB or equivalent law degree; additional certifications in business law are preferred.
• Expertise in corporate law, M&A, and private equity/venture capital matters.
• Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
• Strong legal research and analytical abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and client management skills.
• Familiarity with the Indian regulatory and business landscape.

Salary/Stipend
