Details of the Job/Internship

Kaizen Law is looking for a Senior Associate to join them at their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Senior Associate will provide strategic legal advice and manage a diverse range of legal matters, including M&A transactions, private equity, venture capital, and corporate law cases.
• Responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex legal documents; managing client relationships; and collaborating with colleagues to deliver solutions tailored to clients' needs.

Eligibility

• Expertise in M&A transactions, private equity, venture capital, and corporate law.
• Strong drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in employment law, financial investment legalities, and securities offerings.
• Analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex legal projects.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
• Capability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
• Experience in the Indian legal market is highly beneficial.

Salary/Stipend
