Details of the Job/Internship

Kaizen Law is hiring a Senior Associate with at least 4 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Gurugram. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage and execute tasks related to M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and key legal documentation.
• Conduct legal due diligence and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide strategic legal advice on corporate and commercial matters.
• Build and manage client relationships.
• Stay updated on industry developments to effectively support client goals.

Eligibility

LLB or equivalent law degree with at least 4 years PQE in a corporate law firm. Familiarity with the Indian regulatory and business landscape is required. Additional certifications or qualifications in business law are a plus.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
