Details of the Job/Internship
King Stubb & Kasiva is hiring a Senior Associate with 5–6 years of experience to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee corporate compliances under the Companies Act of 2013 and the Foreign Exchange Management Act.
- Provide comprehensive corporate compliance assistance to clients across India and abroad.
- Support multiple internal teams with compliance-related matters.
- Support due diligence and associated concerns for clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies, clients, and other stakeholders on compliance-related matters.
- Respond to inquiries, provide information, and ensure timely and accurate communication regarding compliance issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compliance requirements and best practices.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments.
Eligibility
- B.Com / M.Com / LLB / MBA (Finance/Corporate Law) or similar.
- 5–6 years of experience.
- Strong analytical ability, logical and problem-solving approach on complex issues.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
