King Stubb & Kasiva, Advocates & Attorneys is hiring for the Senior Associate with 5-7 years of experience to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- IP Prosecution & Oppositions: Manage trademark filings, prosecution, and opposition proceedings; provide counsel on trademark availability and infringement matters.
- IP Litigation & Enforcement: Represent clients in IP-related litigation and criminal enforcement actions, including copyright infringement cases.
- Legal Advisory: Advise clients on IP protection, portfolio management, licensing, and commercialization strategies.
- Drafting & Documentation: Draft and negotiate IP-related contracts, including licensing and assignment agreements.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain client relationships by delivering proactive and customized legal solutions.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior associates and actively contribute to the growth of the IP practice.
Eligibility
- LLB or LLM with a specialization in Intellectual Property Law.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in IP law, covering prosecution, oppositions, litigation, and enforcement.
- Proven experience managing cases before High Courts, District Courts, and the Trademark Registry.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
