Details of the Job/Internship

King Stubb & Kasiva, Advocates & Attorneys is hiring a Senior Associate – Real Estate with 2–4 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate transactions and contracts such as facility agreements, gift deeds, and mortgage deeds.
• Conducting title search reports and title investigations.
• Drafting and reviewing loan-related agreements.
• Reviewing RERA documents.
• Conducting due diligence.
• Advising, assisting, and drafting agreements related to infrastructure financing.

Eligibility

• LLB/LLM.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical ability and problem-solving approach.
• Fluency in reading and writing Marathi and English.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
