Role and Responsibilities
- Handle general corporate and M&A transactions.
- Provide corporate and commercial legal advisory.
- Draft and review contracts and transaction documents.
- Conduct due diligence and assist in deal structuring.
Eligibility
- Minimum 6+ years PQE.
- Experience in general corporate and M&A practice.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and advisory skills.
