Details of the Job/Internship

Kumar Legal Research LLP is hiring a Senior Associate – Legal with 4–6 years of experience to join their Patna office. The candidate should possess strong expertise in civil, criminal, and corporate matters and be capable of independently handling cases before the High Court, NCLT, and DRT.

Role and Responsibilities

• Appear and argue matters before the High Court, NCLT, DRT, and other forums.
• Draft petitions, replies, written submissions, and legal opinions.
• Conduct detailed legal research and manage cases independently.
• Interact with clients and ensure timely preparation and filing of pleadings.

Eligibility

• LL.B. / LL.M. from a recognized university.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in litigation practice.
• Strong communication and drafting abilities.
• Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently with professional discipline.
• Consistently good academic background preferred.

Salary/Stipend
