Details of the Job/Internship

Law Chambers of Abhishek Chandra Mishra is hiring a Senior Associate with 2–4 years of experience to join their office, primarily at G-05, Hans Bhawan, New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle Intellectual Property Rights litigation and prosecution.
• Draft and vet commercial contracts.
• Work on appellate, original, and writ jurisdiction matters.
• Assist in preparing pleadings, submissions, and case documentation.
• Coordinate with clients and appear before relevant courts and authorities.

Eligibility

• PQE: 2–4 years.
• Strong knowledge of IP litigation, contract drafting, and court procedures.
• Ability to manage assigned matters independently and meet deadlines.
