LexAnalytico Consulting is currently seeking a highly motivated Patent agent/attorney with 3-5 years of experience in patent drafting and prosecution to join their dynamic team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft high-quality patent applications in the field of Computer Science and Information Technology.
- Conduct comprehensive patent searches and analyze prior art.
- Collaborate with inventors, engineers, and stakeholders to understand and document inventions.
- Prepare responses to office actions and interact with patent examiners.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients on patent portfolio development and management.
- Stay current with developments in patent law, particularly in the technology sector.
- Assist in client counseling and IP strategy.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Qualified Patent agents would be preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in patent drafting and prosecution.
- Strong understanding of patent laws and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
