Details of the Job/Internship

Lexapar is hiring a Senior Associate – Sales and Operations with 2–3 years of PQE to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling general corporate, commercial contracts, and advisory matters.
• Participating in sales and client pitches and helping win mandates.
• Managing client relationships and contributing to business growth.
• Working closely with founders on execution and process building.
• Overseeing daily operations and coordinating workflows.
• Developing and maintaining client relationships and generating leads.
• Analyzing sales performance data and coordinating sales processes.
• Ensuring seamless execution of operational workflows.
• Contributing to process improvements and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Eligibility

• 2–3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong legal professional willing to adopt technology in legal workflows.
• Comfort with balancing legal work and business conversations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership attitude.
• Keen interest in legal innovation and client-facing roles.
• Strong skills in operations management, workflow coordination, and process optimization.
• Proficiency in sales strategy development, lead generation, and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
• Familiarity with the legal and contracting domain is desirable.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
