LexStart Partners is hiring a Senior Associate – Contracts with 4+ years of experience to join their Contracts team in Bengaluru (Koramangala).

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, vet, and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Provide transactional legal support to startups, incubators, and investors.
• Ensure contracts are compliant with legal standards and business requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to facilitate contract execution.

Eligibility

• Law graduate with 4+ years of experience in drafting and vetting commercial contracts.
• Prior law firm experience is mandatory.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Salary/Stipend
