Details of the Job/Internship

LexStart Partners is hiring Senior Associates – VC Transactions with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience to join its office in Bengaluru. The role involves independently handling venture capital transactions and providing transactional legal support as part of the firm’s VC Transactions team. The position is based in Koramangala, Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle venture capital transactions independently.
• Provide transactional legal support to investors and startups.
• Work as part of the VC Transactions team on investment matters.

Eligibility

• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in handling VC transactions independently.
• Qualification of LLB or LLM.
• Mandatory work experience in a law firm.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
