Details of the Job/Internship

Maheshwari & Co. is hiring a Senior Associate with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in handling corporate cases from inception through to resolution, ensuring end-to-end matter management.
• Conduct in-depth technical research using tools like SCC Online and Manupatra.
• Draft and review complex legal documents, pleadings, and corporate advisory notes.
• Provide analytical insights into applicable laws, regulations, and legal procedures in India.
• Manage client communications and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of legal solutions.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all legal filings and documentation.
• Support the firm's senior leadership in formulating litigation and advisory strategies.

Eligibility

• Law Graduate (LL.B. or equivalent) from a recognized university.
• 3–4 years of PQE in a corporate legal environment.
• Mandatory enrollment with any Bar Council.
• Familiarity with modern legal research tools like SCC and Manupatra.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of applicable Indian laws and legal procedures.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
