Maheshwari and Co. Advocates is hiring a Senior Associate with 6-8 years of experience to join its office in New Delhi.
Eligibility
- Candidate should have experience in Dispute Resolution (Litigation & Arbitration) and appearing before various courts and tribunals.
- Strong legal drafting and Research skills, as well as attention to detail.
- Accustomed to legal research tools like SCC and Manupatra.
- Sound knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
- Minimum education: Bachelor of Law (LLB) from an accredited institution.
- Enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
