Details of the Job/Internship
Marlabs LLC is hiring a Senior Associate – Level 2 with 2–4 years of experience to join their onsite office in Bangalore.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, redline, and negotiate contracts such as Agreements, SOWs, Amendments, NDAs, NCAs, Partnership Agreements, Reseller Agreements, and Referral Agreements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to prepare and finalize commercial proposals.
- Create guideline documents including SOPs, playbooks, and templates for contract management processes.
- Follow up on comments, collect required information, and complete agreements for execution.
- Coordinate execution and dispatch of completed agreements for signatures.
- Ensure return of signed documents and closing of files.
- Coordinate with business owners, respond to documentation queries, and provide updates.
- Conduct due diligence and gather relevant information.
- Perform extensive legal research to support case preparation and provide guidance on legal matters.
Eligibility
- Law graduate.
- 2–4 years of experience in the IT industry, preferably supporting India and US regions.
- Strong understanding of Commercial and Contract Law.
- Excellent research and analytical abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder interaction.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
