Details of the Job/Internship

Mindspright is hiring a Senior Associate with experience of 2 to 4 years to join their office in Mumbai and Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling matters pertaining to securities laws Drafting, and appearing before SEBI, SAT, and High Courts.
• Assisting the Transactional Advisory Team invarious capital raising transactions, due diligence, drafting the offer documents etc.
• Handling corporate and general litigation matters.
• The role also requires collaboration with clients and conducting legal research.

Eligibility

• 2-4 years of post-qualification experience is a must.
• Graduation froma Tier 1 university - added advantage.
• Experience in securities law, corporate advisor yservices, and commercial laws practice.
• Familiarity with regulatory advisory and transactional services in team work and self-management.
• Good communication skills.

Salary/Stipend
