Details of the Job/Internship
MZM Legal LLP is hiring a Senior Associate for its South Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent clients in legal proceedings and court matters.
- Manage cases related to white-collar crime, litigation, and dispute resolution.
- Handle commercial arbitration matters.
- Draft pleadings, contracts, reports, and legal documents.
- Participate in litigation strategy and case preparation.
- Conduct legal research and provide advisory support.
- Coordinate with senior counsel and enforcement agencies (CBI, ED, SFIO, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with judicial and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain client relationships and provide consultations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a reputed institution.
- Strong proficiency in legal drafting, research, and case strategy.
- Expertise in white-collar crime, litigation, and dispute resolution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Additional certifications in arbitration or corporate law are an advantage.
