Details of the Job/Internship

Nehru & Co. is hiring a Senior Associate with experience of 4–7 years to join their Corporate & Commercial Law team in Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct client meetings and develop legal strategies for corporate matters.
• Draft and vet various legal documents and agreements.
• Negotiate agreements with counterparty counsel.
• Advise on stamp duties and registration procedures.
• Draft compliance reports and due diligence reports.
• Handle trademark filings and related procedures.
• Prepare policies and compliance manuals.
• Mentor junior associates and review deliverables.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognized university (LL.M. is a plus).
• 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house legal team.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of contract, corporate, labour, IP, and data protection laws.
• Additional certifications in Corporate Law, IPR, or Arbitration will be valued.

Salary/Stipend
