Details of the Job/Internship

Nirka Law Advisory is seeking a Senior Associate with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) specifically in construction and infrastructure disputes. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage complex legal cases related to construction and infrastructure projects.
• Provide strategic legal advice on dispute resolution and risk mitigation.
• Draft and review specialized legal documents, including petitions, claims, and settlement agreements.
• Represent clients during high-level negotiations and judicial or arbitral proceedings.
• Conduct extensive legal research on Indian laws and sector-specific regulations.
• Collaborate with the internal legal team to ensure precise delivery of services.
• Monitor evolving legal regulations to keep clients and the firm updated.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering tailored, results-oriented legal solutions.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
• 3–4 years of PQE with a core focus on construction and infrastructure disputes.
• Advanced knowledge of Indian laws and specialized infrastructure regulations.
• Expertise in legal research, drafting, and contract negotiation.
• Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and client management skills.
