Details of the Job/Internship

Novation Legal is hiring a Senior Associate with 5–7 years of experience to join their office in South Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate structuring, mergers & acquisitions, and PPPs.
• Handle matters related to insolvency and bankruptcy.
• Draft, review, and finalize legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
• Represent clients in courts and tribunals.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis.
• Oversee junior associates and manage client relations.
• Manage deadlines across multiple legal projects.

Eligibility

• LL.B. (Master’s or additional legal qualifications preferred).
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant legal experience.
• Proven expertise in corporate transactions and litigation.
• Strong communication and team management skills.

Salary/Stipend
