Details of the Job/Internship

Oberoi Law Chambers is hiring a Senior Associate with experience of 5 years to join their office in Chandigarh.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee casework.
• Conduct legal research.
• Draft and review legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings.
• Consult with clients and provide legal counsel.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective delivery of legal services.

Eligibility

• A degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent) from a recognized institution with membership in the Bar Council and a minimum of 5 years of relevant legal practice experience.
• Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and document review, along with litigation experience in Criminal Law, Civil Law, Corporate Law, and Debt Recovery, is required.
• A strong understanding of Indian legal procedures and court systems, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are essential.
• Experience or knowledge in Intellectual Property Rights and Matrimonial Litigation is advantageous.
