Details of the Job/Internship

PKF Sridhar & Santhanam LLP is hiring for the position of Senior Associate with 1-2 years of experience to join their office in Chennai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide advisory on cross-border tax issues, treaty benefits, and international tax structuring.
• Develop and implement transfer pricing policies, including benchmarking and economic analyses.
• Prepare Transfer Pricing documentation (Local File, Master File, CbC Reporting) and manage audits.
• Stay updated on global tax developments (BEPS, Pillar 1 & 2) and assess their business impact.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency in transfer pricing and tax policies.

Eligibility

• Qualifications: CA, LLB, or Master’s in Tax/Finance/Economics; ADIT preferred.
• Experience: 1–2 years in International Tax & Transfer Pricing.
• Strong understanding of the Indian Income-tax Act, DTAA, and OECD TP Guidelines.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Salary/Stipend
