Details of the Job/Internship

POGo Solutions Private Limited is hiring a Senior Associate with experience in legal or business operations to join their office in Udaipur.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage and execute complex legal and operational workflows, including matter setup and tracking.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams, external consultants, and key stakeholders.
• Take full ownership of deadlines, priorities, and deliverables to ensure end-to-end task completion.
• Identify gaps in existing processes and proactively suggest and implement improvements.
• Support essential legal operations, including billing, documentation, and detailed reporting.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across all operational activities.
• Build and refine internal systems to enhance organizational efficiency and discipline.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB), Commerce, or a related business field.
• Prior experience in law firms, operations teams, or service-based businesses is a significant plus.
• Strong execution-focused mindset with a history of taking responsibility for outcomes.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to work with high accountability and process discipline.
• Candidates must be able to start immediately.
• Willingness to work in an onsite setting in Udaipur.
