Details of the Job/Internship

Pot Capital is hiring an Advocate with experience of 3–7 years to join their office in Fort, Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients and appear before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).
• Handle debt recovery matters and litigation before the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT).
• Manage criminal and civil proceedings before Metropolitan Magistrate (MM) Courts.
• Draft legal petitions, applications, and pleadings for various judicial forums.
• Attend court hearings and present oral arguments on behalf of the firm’s clients.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure all litigation deadlines are met effectively.

Eligibility

• Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
• 3 to 7 years of post-qualification experience in active litigation.
• Demonstrated experience in appearing before NCLT, DRT, and MM Courts.
• Strong legal drafting and communication skills.
• Based in or able to commute to Fort, Mumbai.
