Details of the Job/Internship
Pramah Lawmen is hiring a Senior Associate with 5–8 years of experience to independently lead and manage matters across Corporate Advisory, Intellectual Property, and Media & Entertainment law. The role includes strategy, drafting, negotiation, client advisory, and managing complex IP portfolios.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise on trade mark, copyright, and design matters.
- Oversee IP prosecution, filing strategies, and opposition proceedings.
- Draft and negotiate IP licensing, franchise, assignment, co-branding, and technology transfer agreements.
- Manage IP enforcement, including takedowns, cease and desist notices, and coordination for civil or criminal actions.
- Advise production houses, creators, talent, agencies, OTT platforms, and brands on contractual and regulatory issues.
Eligibility
- 5–8 years of experience focused on Intellectual Property and Media & Entertainment matters.
- Strong understanding of corporate laws, IP statutes, and media and entertainment regulations.
- Expert-level drafting and negotiation skills across commercial and creative agreements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving approach.
