Details of the Job/Internship
Prime Legal. is hiring a Senior Associate with experience of 5+ years to join their office in Bangalore.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of legal matters, ensuring high standards of advocacy and client service.
- Draft, review, and finalize complex legal pleadings, applications, and commercial agreements.
- Represent clients before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums in Bangalore.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and provide strategic advice on complex litigation and regulatory issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients and authorities in both Kannada and English.
- Mentor and supervise junior legal team members to ensure technical accuracy and professional growth.
Eligibility
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the legal field.
- Mandatory Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in both Kannada and English.
- Strong legal background with a proven track record of handling independent matters.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and driven professional environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
