Puri & Puri (Advocates) is hiring a Senior Associate – Litigation with 5–6 years of experience to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and manage the complete lifecycle of civil suits.
- Argue matters before the Delhi High Court.
- Mentor junior associates.
- Handle IP litigation matters independently.
- Manage civil suits from initiation to execution.
Eligibility
- 5–6 years of PQE in IP litigation.
- Strong drafting and oratory skills.
- Experience in trademarks, copyrights, and designs matters.
- Ability to independently handle civil suits.
- Capability to lead and guide junior team members.
