PhysicsWallah (PW), an Education company, was founded in 2020 by Alakh Pandey and Prateek Maheshwari. Headquartered in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, PW aims to democratize education through online, offline and hybrid platforms. Initially launched as a YouTube channel in 2014, PW now offers education to students through its YouTube channels in multiple vernacular languages.

Details of the Job/Internship

PW (PhysicsWallah) is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Associate - Government Partnerships to drive strategic collaborations with government agencies, particularly in the education sector.

Role and Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with government stakeholders at state and central levels.
• Drive strategic partnerships with government bodies, particularly within the Ministry of Education and related departments.
• Oversee the tendering process, RFP preparation, and empanelment procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop proposals and policy recommendations to enhance collaboration with government entities.
• Monitor and analyze policy developments, keeping the organization informed about key regulatory changes.
• Work closely with internal teams to align government partnership strategies with organizational goals.
• Represent the organization in government meetings, conferences, and forums to strengthen engagement.

Eligibility

• 3 to 6 years of professional experience in government engagement, policy research, or public sector partnerships.
• Prior experience working with government initiatives or managing institutional partnerships is highly desirable.
• A degree in Law or Policy Studies is strongly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of government tendering, RFP preparation, and empanelment processes.
• Strong understanding of Ministry of Education policies and government frameworks in the education sector.
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration with government bodies.
• Ability to navigate complex bureaucratic structures and drive successful policy-oriented initiatives.
