He had the opportunity to work with one of the best law firms in the country. Under which he completed my Masters in Law from Sydney Law School. He then started my own Law firm and he advised various Corporations and others. Besides advice and litigation support our firm has a special focus on real estate, litigation, Food laws, Food Safety and Standards Act,2006 (FSS), FSS rules, regulations & litigation. It also advises startups and has also ventured into advising startups.
Details of the Job/Internship
Rawley Associates Law Offices is hiring a Senior Associate to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- The Senior Associate will be responsible for day-to-day legal tasks, assisting with court craft & addressing arguments, case preparation, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court.
- The role also involves collaborating with other legal professionals to provide comprehensive legal services.
Eligibility
- Legal Research, Legal Writing, and Drafting skills.
- Client Representation and Case Preparation experience.
- Knowledge of Case Law and Legal Procedures.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities.
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
- Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
- LitigatoonExperience of 7-10 years.
- Kannada language writing and reading capabilities required.
