Details of the Job/Internship

Razorpay is hiring a Senior Associate, Legal with 2-4 years of experience to join their Legal Team in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including IT and commercial agreements.
• Provide legal advice related to employment, fintech laws, digital lending, and intellectual property.
• Coordinate with stakeholders independently and track legal expenses.
• Maintain and update MIS trackers regularly.
• Conduct legal research and analyze emerging fintech product issues.
• Support regulatory projects and take initiative in team tasks.

Eligibility

• Law degree (LL.B) from a recognized institution.
• 2-4 years of experience handling commercial contracts and legal matters.
• Strong communication, drafting, and research skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
