RB Lawcorp Pvt Ltd is hiring for the position of Senior Associate to work at their Noida office.
Eligibility
Qualification: LLB
As a senior associate, the candidate is expected to manage a team of junior associates individually and handle clients independently.
The candidate is expected to be well versed in drafting replies to show cause notices, appeals before the Commissioner and Tribunal and writ petitions before the High Court and Supreme Court, and in attending hearings and appearing before various quasi-judicial and judicial bodies.
The candidate is also expected to be well versed with various indirect tax research (GST) portals such as ExCus, SCC, VIL GST, TIOL, etc.
Note: Candidates with LLB with CA/CS/CMA/Masters in indirect taxation and a good grip of GST would be given preference.
