The firm supports businesses, CAs, and consultants in complex GST disputes, audits, recoveries, and appeals. RB Lawcorp focuses exclusively on litigation and strategic representation, not on filing or routine compliance services.
Details of the Job/Internship
RB Lawcorp is hiring 2 Legal Counsels with 5–8 years of GST experience to provide litigation support, represent clients before tax authorities, and advise on complex GST departmental matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent clients before GST officers, appellate authorities, and in departmental proceedings.
- Draft, review, and provide legal opinions on GST-related notices, show-cause notices, audits, recovery actions, and appeals.
- Coordinate with clients, CAs, and consultants to manage GST litigation and departmental matters.
- Monitor developments in GST law and advise clients on potential risks and mitigation strategies.
- Provide strategic guidance for complex GST disputes beyond routine compliance.
Eligibility
- LLB degree from a recognized law college (NLU, DU, Symbiosis, GLC, NMIMS, or equivalent).
- 5–8 years of experience in GST advisory and litigation.
- Preference for candidates with CA, CS, CMA, or MBA (Finance) qualifications.
- Strong academic track record and analytical, drafting, and advocacy skills.
