Refyne India is hiring a Senior Associate with 2-4 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. The role involves managing legal operations, ensuring compliance with RBI guidelines, handling debt and financing transactions, and overseeing contract drafting and negotiation.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage daily legal operations and support business functions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, particularly RBI guidelines.
- Assist in drafting and negotiating documentation for debt transactions.
- Draft, review, and manage a wide range of commercial contracts.
- Support handling of legal disputes and litigation.
- Provide legal advice to internal teams on business matters.
Eligibility
- Law degree from a reputable institution.
- 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in NBFC, Fintech, or Banking sectors.
- Strong understanding of financial laws, RBI guidelines, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven experience in legal operations and debt transactions.
- Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
