Details of the Job/Internship
Regstreet Law Advisors is hiring a Senior Associate with a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience to join their Financial Regulatory Practice in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Independently manage complex mandates.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Conduct excellent legal research and analysis.
- Provide sound communication and advisory support.
Eligibility
- Minimum 4+ years PQE with law firms, regulators, or legal practitioners.
- Strong expertise in financial regulatory advisory, investment funds, and corporate advisory.
- In-depth knowledge of SEBI, RBI, IRDAI, and PFRDA norms.
- Proficient in drafting, pleadings, and transactional documentation.
- Experience with AIFs, mutual funds, and cross-border fund structures is a plus.
- Prior engagement with regulators and governance matters is preferred.
