Details of the Job/Internship
Regstreet Law Advisors is hiring a Senior Associate to strengthen its Financial Regulatory and Dispute Resolution practice.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise clients on financial regulatory frameworks and capital markets regulations.
- Assist with registration, licensing, and compliance of financial sector intermediaries.
- Handle regulatory advisory matters involving SEBI, RBI, IRDAI, and PFRDA frameworks.
- Draft pleadings, legal opinions, regulatory filings, and transactional documentation.
- Support regulatory investigations, inspections, enforcement actions, and settlement proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice on regulatory and compliance matters.
- Assist with white-collar regulatory matters and commercial litigation.
- Represent matters before regulatory forums including SAT, High Courts, and NCLT.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum 4+ years PQE in financial regulatory advisory or dispute resolution.
- Experience with capital markets regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Exposure to regulatory forums such as SAT, High Courts, or NCLT is preferred.
