The firm supports clients and creates legal solutions related to regulatory laws of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), SEBI, IRDAI, Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA), IFSCA and IBBI.
Details of the Job/Internship
Regstreet Law Advisors is seeking Senior Associates with a passion for financial regulatory laws to join them at their Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Proficiency in legal drafting, research, client interaction and public speaking.
- Prior experience in regulatory and general corporate advisory, intermediaries registration and commercial litigation relating to SEBI, Stock Exchanges, RBI, IRDAI, PFRDA, SAT, NCLT, NCLAT, etc.
- Prior work experience with law firms, financial regulatories and/or law practitioners is preferrable.
Eligibility
Post Bar Registration experience of 3 years and above.
