Details of the Job/Internship
We are seeking a Senior Associate – Legal to join our legal and compliance team in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage loan documentation, debenture trust deeds, NCD issuance documents, and related transaction agreements.
- Support and oversee NCD issuances, loan transactions, and security creation processes.
- Handle legal documentation and compliance for structured financing deals.
- Conduct legal and regulatory research and provide strategic inputs on commercial and compliance matters.
- Liaise with internal business teams, trustees, investors, and external stakeholders for seamless transaction execution.
- Prepare resolutions, legal opinions, and other relevant legal documents.
Eligibility
- LL.B. (mandatory); CS or post-graduate degree in Law preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in legal/compliance roles within an NBFC, AIF, or financial institution.
- Strong understanding of debt documentation, debentures, and structured finance instruments.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
