Details of the Job/Internship
Ronin Legal is hiring for the position of Senior Associate with 5 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of 4 junior associates in Bangalore.
- Manage and work across all firm practice areas (with scope to learn and expand into unfamiliar domains).
- Serve as a liaison between our UAE and India offices.
- Develop and implement templates, workflows, systems, and processes to improve efficiency.
- Represent the firm at business development events in India.
- Engage directly with clients, understand their business needs, and collaborate with the Managing Partner to craft tailored legal strategies.
Eligibility
- B.A., LL.B. from a leading law school.
- 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong track record in drafting, reviewing, and closing corporate transactions (M&A, PE, VC, or tech deals).
- Proven team management and mentorship experience.
- Experience implementing legal systems, processes, and templates.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work full-time, on-site in Indiranagar, Bangalore.
- Prior experience at an international law firm or in-house legal team is an added advantage.
