Details of the Job/Internship
Ronin Legal is hiring a Senior Associate with a minimum of 6 years of experience to join their office in Indiranagar, Bengaluru. The role offers global exposure, involvement in cross-border deals, and managerial responsibilities.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and train 4 junior associates in the Bangalore office.
- Oversee all practice areas of the firm, and learn unfamiliar areas as needed.
- Liaise between UAE and India offices.
- Implement templates, workflows, systems, and processes.
- Represent the firm at business development events in India.
- Interact directly with clients, understand their business needs, and coordinate with the Managing Partner to develop tailored legal solutions.
- Participate in a written test in addition to the interview.
Eligibility
- B.A, LL.B in Law from a leading law school.
- Minimum of 6 years of legal experience.
- Experience managing and closing corporate transactions, including M&A, VC, or tech deals.
- Experience managing teams.
- Experience implementing or running legal systems, processes, and templates.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Indiranagar, Bangalore.
- Past experience in an international law firm or in-house legal department is a plus.
