Details of the Job/Internship
Saga Legal is hiring a Senior Associate with 4–6 years of experience to join their litigation team in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage complete litigation processes including drafting, filing, and procedural compliance.
- Represent clients before High Courts, District Courts, DRT, NCLT, Labour Courts, and tribunals.
- Handle a variety of matters including civil, commercial, IBC, banking, labour, and white-collar crime.
- Conduct legal research on statutes, case law, and regulations.
- Monitor timelines, maintain documentation accuracy, and coordinate court schedules.
- Provide strategic legal advice tailored to client needs.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring clarity and responsiveness.
- Maintain long-term professional relationships and ensure timely execution of tasks.
Eligibility
- 4–6 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong litigation and client handling skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
