Details of the Job/Internship
Saga Legal is hiring a Senior Associate with 4–6 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategies and draft legal opinions.
- Interpret statutes, case law, and regulations to develop strong legal arguments.
- Handle a diverse caseload independently, ensuring adherence to deadlines and client expectations.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents with accuracy and clarity.
- Represent clients before courts, tribunals, regulatory bodies, police authorities, and enforcement agencies.
- Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients regarding case progress.
- Assist Partners and Principals in briefing Senior Advocates on complex matters and contribute to case strategy.
- Review work and mentor junior associates to ensure quality and consistency.
Eligibility
- Enrolled and in good standing with the Bar Council of Delhi.
- 4–6 years of post-qualification experience in civil and criminal litigation.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to assist in handling complex legal matters.
- Excellent communication, client management, and negotiation skills.
