Details of the Job/Internship
SagaciousElevate is hiring a Senior Associate with experience of 2+ years to join their office in Nagpur. The role involves managing IP filings, tracking deadlines, maintaining docketing systems, and ensuring compliance with domestic and international filing requirements while coordinating with legal teams and stakeholders.
Role and Responsibilities
- Track and manage critical dates and deadlines for patent and trademark filings.
- Monitor and update docketing systems to ensure accurate records.
- Maintain and organise documentation related to patent and trademark cases.
- Communicate with attorneys, clients, and foreign associates regarding deadlines and documentation.
- Input data related to applications, actions, and deadlines into the docketing system.
- Prepare reports on status and upcoming deadlines for internal stakeholders.
- Assist in improving docketing procedures and workflows.
Eligibility
- 2+ years of experience in the IP domain.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
- Knowledge of patents and trademarks is beneficial.
- Familiarity with docketing software is preferred.
