Details of the Job/Internship

Salvors and Co. Is hiring a Senior with experience of 5+ years to join their office in Chennai.

Role and Responsibilities

• You will liaise with key clients, manage client relations, and design legal strategies.
• You wil also conduct legal research, draft legal documents and contracts, and provide legal counsel.
• The Senior Associate will also provide guidance and mentorship to junior associates and interns.

Eligibility

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures in the relevant industries.
• Experience in managing legal matters for key clients.
• Proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents.
• Ability to collaborate and mentor junior associates and interns.
• Professional law degree from a recognized university, and qualified for practice in India.
• Minimum 5+ years of work experience in reputed law firm(s) or in-house counsel in MNC(s). (MANDATORY).

Salary/Stipend
