Details of the Job/Internship

Sandip Agarwal & Co. is looking for a candidate for the position of Principal Associate - Non Litigation with 7+ years of experience to join them at their office in Siliguri.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and issuing due diligence, title reports for builders, promoters, etc.
• Drafting and execution of property documents including development agreements, deeds of conveyance, agreement for sale, etc.
• Other transactional work pertaining to property as well as company including shareholders agreements, amalgamation amongst others.
• Corporate governance by providing guidance and support to Board of directors including board meeting regulations and regulatory filings.
• Contract management including review, drafting and negotiation on a wide range of contracts.
• Liaise with lawyers and regulatory authorities.

Eligibility

PQE: 7+ Years.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
