Sandip Agarwal and Co. is hiring for the position of Senior Associate with 5-6 years of experience to join their office in Kolkata. 

Eligibility

• Minimum 5–6 years of post-qualification experience.
• Mandatory: Strong knowledge of procedural law and court procedures in West Bengal.
• Proven experience in managing commercial litigation, insolvency, and arbitration matters.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate arguments effectively.
• Proficient in drafting pleadings and conducting in-depth legal research.

Salary/Stipend
