Details of the Job/Internship

Sansa Kanoon Pranali Partners is hiring a Senior Associate – General Corporate & Corporate Litigation with 1–2 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle corporate law and litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Manage client relationships effectively.
• Represent clients in corporate transactions, compliance issues, and court proceedings

Eligibility

• Law degree with at least 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong research, drafting, and client management skills.
• Prior experience in corporate transactions, compliance, and litigation preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Salary/Stipend
