Details of the Job/Internship

Sarvaank Associates is hiring a Senior Associate – Corporate Law with 3–5 years of experience to join their New Delhi office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of investment documents, SHAs, SPAs, and commercial contracts.
• Advise on private equity, venture capital, fund-related matters, and M&A transactions.
• Conduct and supervise legal due diligence and transaction structuring.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for high-growth companies and investors.
• Manage client relationships and deliver strategic legal advice.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognised law school.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Mandatory prior law firm experience.
• Strong understanding of the Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI regulations, and corporate-commercial laws.
• Proven ability to manage multiple matters and client communications independently.

Salary/Stipend
